With plush and exclusive amenities, this hotel left nothing to be desired. the spacious rooms with well-equipped kitchens and laundry machines made it easy to feel at home. the spa, sauna and steam room facilities provided a luxurious touch, and the swimming pool with its sun loungers was a refreshing oasis. the restaurant, with its ample breakfast buffet and delectable menu options, did not disappoint. the pleasant staff and convenient location made for a fantastic stay.
Whilst here, one minor inconvenience was the occasional issue with the lighting control from the touch buttons, which took some getting used to. this was a very small issue in comparison to everything else that this hotel had to offer.

Cleaning standards were iffy, dirty cooking plate, dusty balcony, confusing light switches, smelly washing machine.

The room we stayed in was just amazing! It had a cozy seating area, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, and even a washing machine. The kids loved the pool view and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
I wish the twin room had a different coffee maker.

The suite we stayed in was spacious, clean and beautifully designed with a balcony and a view. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and was delicious. The pool was well-maintained and enjoyable. We received excellent service from the Rotana Suite Hotel staff. we had a fantastic stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The location is great, as it is in the center of a circle of attractions. Sometimes we had to walk out to the Main Street to get a taxi, but that was not a big inconvenience. The room was spacious and well-facilitated, with a modern design. The service was excellent and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a wide range of options to choose from.
It was a shame that the surrounding area was a bit boring, with some barren plots of land.

Stayed here for a week, great value for money. Spacious rooms with all facilities including a kitchen and washing machine. Tasty coffee and pastry in the tea room cafe. Nice pool with a lifeguard. Kind and helpful staff. Good wifi. Close to the airport and downtown. 24hr supermarket nearby.

Always my top choice. They graciously arranged late check out once. Perfect for me with Wi-Fi, room service, pool, and spa. I love the quiet, romantic vibe. Plus, no pets, air-con, and non-smoking rooms make it ideal.

The room was spacious with a king-size bed, two toilets, and a washing machine. The breakfast had a good variety of European and local options. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and the pool was nice with a lifeguard present. The tea room cafe served delicious coffee and pastries. The room was non-smoking and quiet, and the wifi was reliable. The hotel restaurants were open during the day, even during Ramadan.
The cleanliness of the room could have been better, as there were some areas that were not properly cleaned. The hotel was not flexible with our requests, such as arranging airport shuttle service or payment options.
